What is Cavitation?
Lipo cavitation is a noninvasive technique that uses sound waves that targets and destroys fat cells.
How does it work?
This treatment breaks down and liquifies your fat cells by creating a vibration that moves and pops the stubborn fat cells so that they are eliminated through natural waste.
What part of the body can be treated?
Areas of treatment includes the stomach, the back, sides, arms, chin, thigh back and legs.
Is this your first time with us?
For your first visit with Infinite vibes body spa we like to get important information from you and your consent to perform services and take pictures/videos. It is important for us to walk you through the process of your session so that you are comfortable and you know exactly what is going on every step go the way. This is your opportunity to ask as many questions as possible before we get started so that while you are on the table your mind is at ease and you can relax. We ask that for your first appointment please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
48 hours before your first appointment
Two days prior to your first appointment, you will receive 2 separate emails: the first email will contain reminders of things to do before your appointment and what to bring with you. The second email will be a link to the consent form to fill out so that we can have it ready in your file when you arrive.
Hydration is KEY!
It is extremely important to drink at least 2 bottles of water before and after your appointment so that your body can flush out the liquified fat and your results can start to come through. The liquified fat is secreted through normal bodily waste so the more you drink, the more you're using the bathroom.
Don't eat at least 2 hours before your appointment.
Cavitation is a technique that breaks down and liquifies unwanted fat cells, eating prior to your appointment over works your body trying to break down food and the fat.
Don't forget your garment
Compressing helps keep everything in place after your session, your body contouring tech will tell you what garment to bring with you and if you do not have one she will recommend one for you to purchase.
After care
After care recommendations will be emailed to you after your appointment so that you receive optimum results.
Maintaining Results
This is not the cheat code, you have to play your part.
Working Out
Changing your lifestyle is a big part in achieving long lasting results, we encourage at least 45 minutes of daily fitness. We offer a healthy lifestyle coaching program if you need personalized help or you can pay $10 monthly for new workout videos weekly to get you started.
Healthy Eating
What you eat is important when transitioning into a healthy lifestyle. Start by reducing the amount of carbs that you consume and also do more cooking at home. If you are unsure where to start, we got you covered with customized meal plans.
Drink plenty of water
All of the services that we provide are the most effective when you are hydrated. Drinking 1 gallon of water daily improves circulation, flushes out toxins and increases waste removal.
Consistent appointments
When you first start your noninvasive body contouring journey with us, we recommend that you keep your appointments close. Consistency is key to receiving long lasting results. We do things in 3 phases: weekly, biweekly and monthly.
